Where do we deliver to?

HORECA Trade delivers across all the 7 Emirates in the UAE and we have 2 warehouses, one in Dubai and another in Abu Dhabi offering local support and expertise.

Who can I contact regarding a product query?

Our Telesales department holds a wealth of product information, including nutritionals, and special dietary requirements. The HORECA Trade telesales department can be reached on 04 805 2000 or by email telesales@horecatrade.ae.

How do I hear about the latest promotions?

You can either register for our email updates on promotions, or register with our online shop at shop.horecatrade.ae by sending us a request on marketing@horecatrade.ae to create a new account if you are already an existing customer with us.

I’m not a business, can I still be a customer?

Unfortunately, we do not deal directly with private customers, only business-to-business.

If I am not a HORECA Trade customer can I register online and place orders?

You need to be a HORECA Trade customer in order to register and place orders. If you are not currently a customer, please contact sales@horecatrade.ae to set up an account.

Once I open an account with HORECA Trade, can I purchase products online directly?

You can register online if you are a HORECA Trade customer but you will need to wait to receive a notification via e-mail with your log-in details. We aim to confirm this within 2-3 working days. You can then log-in and start placing orders.

How do I apply for a job at HORECA Trade?

Visit the ‘careers’ section to find out more about what it’s like working here, the kind of roles we have and what jobs are currently available. You can apply online by sending us an application form or your CV. We also post our jobs on our LinkedIn page.

There aren’t any jobs listed on your career page. Can I still apply?

If you’d like us to consider you for any future jobs that become available, you can send us your CV on careers@horecatrade.ae and we’ll keep your details on record for the next time we recruit. You can also upload your CV on our career page by clicking on future vacancies.

How can I make a complaint?

If your complaint is regarding an order, delivery or invoice, you will need to contact our customer service team by phone on 04 805 2000, by email on marketing@horecatrade.ae. If your complaint is not to do with these areas, please complete the ‘contact us’ form on our website.
