Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve the annual sales target ensuring growth and profitability.
  • Plan and manage business portfolio according to the agreed market development strategy.
  • Deliver budget plans for the year, setting volume share, market growth and financial objectives.
  • Manage product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed targets.


Job Description

  • Develop and maintain sales relationships with major customers.

Job Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years’ sales experience and a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial sales position in Food Service / F&B / FMCG Distribution Company in the UAE.
  • Gained experience in a developed market place / multinational organization.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong selling capabilities and high teamwork spirit.
  • Bachelor Degree is a must, MBA holders will be preferred.
  • UAE valid driving license.

Accountant

Key Responsibilities

  • Performs internal check of accounts payable, receivable, payroll distribution, fixed assets, and cash.
  • Prepares and maintains control for subsidiary accounting records involving a variety of transactions and accounts.


Job Description

  • Prepares reimbursement requests, correspondence and expenditure reports, and annual expenditure reports.
  • Update the purchase receipts of Local & International Suppliers.
  • Prepare the payment for both local and International suppliers.
  • Making payments for the Office Facilities, such as Etisalat/DU, Rent & Insurance.
  • Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms.
  • Prepare Daily Bank Reconciliation reports.
  • Coordinate with the Banks for the day to day transactions.

  • Scrutinizing the ledger accounts on a timely basis.
  • Analysis of the margins used in the organisation.
  • Prepare the depreciation schedules and the assets register of the company.
  • Generate all supplier and customer related reports for the timely review.
  • Prepare and submit the daily, weekly, and monthly accounts reports to the Chief Accountant.
  • Prepare and review Debit notes on a Monthly basis.
  • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and making approval prior to payment.
  • Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures and distribute checks accordingly.
  • Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication skills in regard to presenting the results of analyses to management.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with the Certified Public/Chartered Accountant or Management Accountant designations.

Key Responsibilities
